We’re Rachel and Nick, a husband-and-wife team of personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and pre- and postnatal specialists.

But our journey to becoming health and wellness advocates wasn’t without its challenges.

LET'S REWIND TO 2015 WHEN WE HAD OUR FIRST CHILD...

Our first experience of parenthood hit us like a ton of bricks.


Overnight, we found ourselves:

  • Sleep deprived & utterly exhausted

  • Not exercising regularly

  • Struggling to meal prep and eat a consistently nutritious diet

  • Stuck in office jobs, leading a sedentary lifestyle

  • Drowning in the demands and emotional rollercoaster that come with being new parents

We bounced from one strict diet to another, constantly searching for quick fixes. In all this chaos, we forgot one crucial factor: foundational healthy habits.

This left us feeling unhappy, unhealthy, and overwhelmed.

Like so many others, we invested countless hours—and money—into trainers and programs that simply didn’t fit the realities of our lives as busy parents.

Fast forward to 2018 AFTER OUR SECOND CHILD...

After years of trial, error, and education, we finally discovered the right mentors and learning opportunities that transformed our lives.

It changed everything.

By the time we had our second baby we :

  • Earned our qualifications as personal trainers, nutrition coaches and pre & post natal coaches

  • Left our office jobs to pursue our passion

  • Launched our first gym in Dural NSW, known as "Strong Mamas"

  • Expanded our reach with worldwide online coaching

That year marked the beginning of a powerful journey—one filled with success, resilience, and transformation, for both ourselves and our incredible clients.

In just over six years, we’ve helped hundreds of parents rediscover joy in their lives and achieve remarkable body transformations. (Check out some of our success stories at the bottom of this page!)

AND TODAY AS A FAMILY OF 5...

We are now parents to 3 children and happier and healthier than ever before.

We’re living proof that you can achieve & maintain holistic health—mind, body, and spirit—even amidst the beautiful chaos of parenting.

We’ve adopted long-term healthy habits that are simple, sustainable, and easily integrated into our day-to-day lives.

For us, life and health keep getting better—and we’re passionate about showing you that parenthood is NOT a reason to let yourself go.

I have been to lots of gyms and done lots of personal training before but never had an experience like Strong Fams. In a world full of fad diets, the knowledge and support I received from Rachel was invaluable and it’s fair to say, she is the best coach I have worked with to date!
